Information concerning orders, payment and sending

How to place an order and pay articles?

You only can place an order by e-mail.

We handle fixed prices and regrettably can give no discounts.

You can pay the order by bank transfer.

Also payment by PayPal is possible. Send us an e-mail with your order first. Then we can calculate the total amount (incl. shipping costs) and we will inform you by e-mail. Afterwards, you can transfer the total amount by PayPal. We will charge you 4% extra for PayPal costs.

All prices mentioned on our website are without handling and shipping costs. The handling costs include wrapping materials (5 €) and extra bank expenses for payments from countries outside the European Community (5 €). The shipping costs are different from country to country. All offered articles are in good to very good condition. Electric equipment is checked and if necessary provided with new wiring.

Any small imperfection of articles such as cracks/chips/dents will be mentioned as much as possible at the article on our website. Normal traces of use are not mentioned, such as light cracquele and/or small scratches. All info about measurement and such is mentioned as complete as possible, afterwards we cannot give you more info about this by mail or telephone.

You always pay in advance by transferring the total amount to our bankaccount. As soon as we have received the payment, we will send you the article(s) which will arrive within 5 working days. We will inform you by e-mail when we have shipped the ordered article(s). An e-mail confirming the good receipt of the ordered article(s) will be highly appreciated.

We are not responsible for damage due to incorrect handling by T.N.T. Post during transport.
